創世記 13章 16節

　あなたの子孫を大地の砂粒のようにする。大地の砂粒が数えきれないように、あなたの子孫も数えきれないであろう。
　I will make your offspring as the dust of the earth, so that if one can count the dust of the earth, your offspring also can be counted.

　1. 〜できないように、〜もできない。
　2. 〜することが万一できたなら、〜もできる。

　同じ意味だけど表現が違って面白い。
　二番目の書き方の方が大げさ強調という感じで文学的かな。
