創世記 45章 2節

　ヨセフは、声をあげて泣いたので、エジプト人はそれを聞き、ファラオの宮廷にも伝わった。
　And he wept aloud, so that the Egyptians heard it, and the household of Pharaoh heard it.

　ファラオの宮廷にも伝わった = the household of Pharaoh heard it

　英語ではどちらも「heard it」だけど、日本語では「聞く」と「伝わる」
　気の利いた訳し方だと思う。
